The Role • Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics. • Provide emergency breakdown support across the UK. • Handle a variety of common issues like flat batteries and tyre changes. • Perform complex fault-finding to resolve vehicle issues efficiently. • Offer quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members in need. • Work a demand-led shift pattern averaging 40 hours per week. What You'll Need • A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent. • At least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience. • A strong customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills. • A full UK driving licence. • Ability to work under pressure and think on your feet. • A proactive and problem-solving mindset, acting as a brand ambassador.
