Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Application Service Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end service delivery across critical enterprise applications including Web Platforms, Integration Services, SAP landscapes, APIs, and business-critical digital services. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong operational decision-making, stakeholder management, incident governance, service improvement, and ServiceNow expertise. This role requires someone who can challenge assumptions, evaluate business impact, drive prioritization, and make informed decisions during high-pressure situations rather than relying solely on process theory.

Must be able to explain MTTR calculation, SLA definitions, SLA breach prevention, incident prioritization models and ServiceNow reporting framework.
