Job Description

Duration: 04 months contract

 Job Description:
  • SAP Project Manager
  • 8-10 years’ experience in Project Management/Program management, ideally a Technology implementation project.
  • Experience in SAP or similar Enterprise software.
  • Background in Life Science / Pharma is REQUIRED.
  • Cannot just be an SME in SAP, must have industry experience.
 Role Activities:
Project Management and deliverables:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project deliverables.
  • Develop and provide the necessary framework and tracking mechanism for business and tech deliverables.
Prioritization:
  • Translate project management plan into business and tech priorities.
  • Ensure timely execution and completion of deliverables.
Testing Oversight, from PM perspective:
  • Data verification (pre-post mock loads) milestone tracking.
  • Test scope and scenarios completion.
  • Test scripts completion tracking.
Documentation revision enablement and tracking:
  • Assist in drafting stories, test scripts, and SOPs.
  • Maintain traceability matrices and requirement logs.
  • Cut over/transition strategy.
Meeting Participation:
  • Attend workstream and PMO team meetings to capture action items.
  • Follow up on deliverables and dependencies.
Reporting & Tracking:
  • Track progress of business and tech deliverables.
  • Maintain dashboards or trackers for business activities.
 
Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets:
  • 8-10 years’ experience in Project Management/Program management, ideally a Technology implementation project
  • Experience in SAP or similar Enterprise software
  • Background in Life Science / Pharma is REQUIRED.
