Program Manager (Quote to Cash)

Hybrid in San Jose, CA.

What You'll Do

Own the delivery of Quote to Cash transformation initiative planning and design, including scope definition across pricing/CPQ, order management, billing, revenue recognition, and collections workstreams, deliverables tracking, and definition and measurement of success criteria (e.g., quote cycle time, billing accuracy, DSO).

Drive rigorous cross-functional execution and program delivery across Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Legal, Revenue Accounting, Treasury, and IT, ensuring accountability across teams while supporting and maintaining established Q2C governance frameworks and controls.

Influence and guide key business partners: Lead through influence with Sales, Legal, Revenue Accounting, and IT teams outside your direct reporting line. Act as a credible thought partner to senior executives, effectively representing Q2C transformation priorities and trade-offs.

Support program resource planning, budget, and resource management; manage third-party vendors and system-integrator partners delivering CPQ, billing, and revenue recognition system enhancements

Enable organizational learning and capability building through identification and codification of Q2C process patterns, frameworks, and best practices across quoting, contracting, billing, and cash application

Help design the future-state Quote to Cash operating model for Finance that will serve as an operational mechanism to drive transformation across Finance and its cross-functional stakeholders

EXPERIENCE

Program/Portfolio Manager or Project Lead-equivalent experience; alternatively, 6-8+ years in a high-impact internal Quote to Cash, finance transformation, or revenue operations role at a leading global company.

Demonstrated track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder transformations from problem definition through implementation – with clear accountability for business outcomes

Strong communication and people management skills, with the ability to drive impact through influence and to lead senior leaders through defined narratives/storyboards

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including translating data into actionable insights.

Exposure to enterprise-scale Quote to Cash systems and processes – including CPQ, contract management, billing, revenue recognition (ASC 606), and collections platforms (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Zuora, or equivalent). Background in enterprise SaaS, technology, or digital transformation environments preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related area; equivalent experience will also be taken into account
