Role: Technical Product Owner/ Product Manager

Location: Minneapolis, MN (Onsite Only Locals)

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of overall IT experience
• Strong career progression: Software Developer Business Analyst Technical Product Owner
• Hands-on development experience (Java, .NET, or similar technologies preferred)
• Solid experience in Business Analysis, requirement gathering, and documentation
• Proven experience as a Technical Product Owner or Product Owner in Agile environments
• Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, and data flows
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in enterprise-level applications
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Certification such as CSPO / SAFe Product Owner is a plus
