Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven VP of Sales – Oracle Commercial Business to lead sales growth across Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM, CX, and OCI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving enterprise software sales, building high-performing sales teams, and developing strategic client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Oracle Cloud sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Develop new business and expand existing accounts.
- Build relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
- Collaborate with Oracle Alliance, Pre-Sales, and Delivery teams.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of Oracle sales experience.
- Proven experience selling Oracle Cloud solutions.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and account management skills.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Automotive, Retail, BFSI, or Commercial sectors is preferred.
