Location:  Hybrid, 3 days onsite at Irving, TX

Duration:6 Months

JOB DESCRIPTION

As part of the tech modernization, digital applications are planned to be migrated to public cloud and application technical support to plan/review/execute the migration.

What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position?

• Application performance review and applying the right tuning
• Behavioral analytics and providing the traffic forecast and take necessary actions
• Reviewing from monitoring aspects and setting up right monitors for support teams
• Service availability improvements

What skills/technologies are required

Below skills required with minimum of 3-6 years of experience

• Application performance review and applying the right tuning
• Behavioral analytics and providing the traffic forecast and take necessary actions
• Reviewing from monitoring aspects and setting up right monitors for support teams
• Service availability improvements
• Experience working with complex Web/mobile development projects
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Excellent technical knowledge with experience in supporting large-scale applications
• Ability to identify issues quickly and resolve
• Experience with diagnostics tools to identify root cause in application code.
• Hands on knowledge with micro services architecture, Java spring boot API development, react front end, any known relational Database
• Experience with private/public cloud environment
