Senior Business Consultant

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Sr. Business Consultant for a consulting assignment with one of our premier European clients.

Senior Business Analyst / Business Process Consultant with strong expertise in Process Management, Business Transformation, and Operational Excellence.

This person will work closely with Program Manager to support business stakeholders across Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) in defining, standardizing, and optimizing business processes, while ensuring alignment between business operations, technology solutions, and transformation initiatives.
The role will go beyond traditional business analysis and act as a trusted advisor to the business by:

• Leading business process discovery, mapping, and optimization workshops.
• Challenging and refining business requirements to ensure clear and scalable solutions.
• Advising stakeholders on best practices and target operating models.
• Driving process standardization and harmonization across EMEA countries and business units.
• Defining process ownership, governance models, RACI structures, and business controls.
• Supporting ERP, CRM, eCommerce, data, and digital transformation programs.
• Establishing business KPIs, performance measures, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Supporting business readiness, change management, training, and adoption activities.
• Ensuring alignment between business processes, master data, reporting, and enterprise systems.

The primary objective of this role is to help close existing gaps in process definition, ownership, governance, business requirements, data quality, and cross-functional alignment while establishing scalable and standardized ways of working across EMEA. Based on recent EMEA initiatives, several of these areas have been identified as critical for successful execution of our transformation roadmap.
