As we continue to scale, we are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead revenue growth, build strategic client relationships, and mentor a high-performing sales team.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager (Media Sales) with 3-5+ years of experience in media and advertising sales. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in driving B2B sales, achieving revenue targets, managing key client relationships, and leading sales teams.

This role requires someone who can independently generate business while also coaching and managing a team of Business Development Executives to consistently achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth by acquiring new advertisers, brands, agencies, and corporate clients.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Development Executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media agencies, marketing heads, CXOs, brand managers, and key decision-makers.
  • Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, market research, and strategic partnerships.
  • Present customized advertising solutions and media proposals based on client objectives.
  • Negotiate commercials and successfully close high-value business opportunities.
  • Monitor team performance, sales pipeline, forecasts, and revenue generation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign planning and execution.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the advertising ecosystem.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and business reviews for leadership.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Media Sales, Advertising Sales, or B2B Sales.
  • Prior experience in leading and managing a sales team.
  • Demonstrated success in consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of advertising sales and media planning.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts while driving team performance.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting.
