The Role • Administer and provide 2nd level support for globally deployed IT systems, including LIMS, with a focus on laboratory IT infrastructure. • Collaborate on the technical support and maintenance of computer systems and analytical devices within a lab setting. • Optimize and develop new IT concepts in alignment with internal and external guidelines, creating SLC documents. • Ensure the functionality of IT systems, such as LIMS, through continuous monitoring and improvement of IT strategies. • Act as a key interface between various departments, both internally and externally. • Play a specialist role in data management and support relevant IT systems for integrated workflows. What You'll Need • Completed degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, IT, or a comparable natural science field; alternatively, equivalent practical experience in a GxP lab environment with computerized analytical systems. • Strong system administration skills and IT affinity with sound knowledge of information processing. • Proficiency in PC operations, particularly Windows. • Fluency in English and good command of German, both written and spoken. • Structured, meticulous work approach with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
