Junior Middle Office Banking Portuguese & English

Our client is a well-established international bank based in Luxembourg. To strengthen its investment team, they are looking for a motivated Junior Middle Office Officer / Junior Investment Advisory Analyst with up to 2-3 years of experience in luxembourg, who is eager to learn, develop new skills, and grow within a collaborative and multicultural environment.

Your responsibilities

• Support the preparation and update of investment proposals for clients
• Analyse financial markets, investment products and market trends
• Maintain investment documentation (KIDs, factsheets and product documentation)
• Assist Investment Advisors and Portfolio Managers with research and analysis
• Prepare presentations and materials for investment committees
• Update financial databases and produce reports using Excel
• Participate in internal projects aimed at improving and automating processes
• Ensure investment documentation complies with internal policies and regulatory requirements

Your profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field
• Up to 2-3 years of experience in banking, asset management, investment advisory, AIFM or another financial services environment
• Strong interest in financial markets and investment products
• Curious, analytical and willing to learn
• Fluent in Portuguese and English; French is an asset
