The Role • Actively acquire new B2B customers and serve as the primary point of contact and expert for professional clients within the store. • Manage and grow relationships with existing commercial customers, such as tradespeople and caretakers, to increase "heyOBI Profi" sales. • Drive revenue growth in the B2B sector through targeted new customer acquisition, reactivation of existing clients, and product sales. • Oversee performance through key metrics, reporting on weekly new customer acquisition, customer activity rates, and specific sales targets. • Prepare offers, process orders for commercial clients, coordinate product orders, and actively promote OBI services like delivery and financing. • Handle administrative tasks including product staging, reservation and pickup processing, and complaint resolution. • Plan and execute customer events tailored to the market, such as trade breakfasts or regular meetups for professionals. • Collaborate closely with colleagues across all departments to ensure seamless customer support and share insights on professional projects. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as a salesperson or retail clerk, or several years of experience in sales, retail, or trades. • Ideally, prior experience in B2B sales. • Good product knowledge and understanding of effective product placement. • Proficient PC skills and comfortable working with standard applications. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in spoken and written German. • A customer-centric approach with a proactive, friendly demeanor and strong persuasive abilities.
