• Lead large-scale SAP ECC to S/4HANA migrations

• Managed Brownfield, Greenfield, or Selective Data Transition projects

• End-to-end program management and project coordination

• Experience with SAP Activate methodology

• Coordination across FICO, MM, SD, PP, EWM, Basis, Security, ABAP, Fiori, BTP, and integration teams

• Executive stakeholder management

• Budget, timeline, risk, and dependency management

• Cutover planning and go-live leadership

• Data migration governance

• Vendor and offshore team coordination
