Key Responsibilities

• Support team planning and coordination, translating company initiatives into actionable plans and timelines.

• Compile performance data from various business areas to prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly reports.

• Track business progress, summarize KPIs, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including management and procurement, to gather plan inputs and support internal meetings.

• Identify operational gaps and contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting tools and templates.

What We Are Looking For

• 2-3 years of experience in planning, reporting, or data analysis, ideally within a digital marketing or e-commerce environment.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for data visualization and report generation.

• A solid understanding of performance metrics and KPIs, with the ability to track and summarize results.

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and strict reporting deadlines.

• Clear written and verbal communication skills with a proactive, curious mindset and a willingness to learn.
