Required Skills and Experience 

- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web-development languages and frameworks

- Strong experience with Drupal platform development and administration

- Experience with Drupal search technologies, including Solr

- Front-end development experience within Drupal environments

- Experience supporting web-hosting environments

- Knowledge of web security practices, including:

  - SSL/TLS encryption

  - Firewalls

  - Malware detection and prevention

  - Vulnerability monitoring and remediation

- Experience managing and updating website content, including text, images, and multimedia, through Drupal CMS

- Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and web-content compliance requirements

- Ability to implement and maintain service-related links to county departments and federal, state, and local agencies
