Project Manager

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree in a Technical, Business, or Healthcare-related field.
• 5+ years of equivalent experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or computer systems development/modification may be considered in place of a degree.
• 5+ years of experience managing system operations or administrative program functions related to healthcare claims and/or encounter processing.
• 5+ years of project management experience, including leading system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
• 3+ years of experience managing external vendors responsible for system development and delivery.
• Ability to provide production support, incident management, and participate in on-call or after-hours support as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing operations of Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES).
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Knowledge of Medicaid eligibility, enrollment, claims processing, and MMIS (Medicaid Management Information System) concepts.
• Experience using ticketing and incident management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Experience developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new system implementations and operational processes.
• AWS Cloud Certification (such as AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or AWS Solutions Architect – Associate) is preferred.
