Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and implement IT infrastructure and network projects across multiple sites or clients
• Configure and support Microsoft environments (AD, O365, Azure)
• Deploy and manage Cisco network devices (switches, routers, firewalls)
• Implement and maintain Fortinet security solutions, including FortiGate firewalls
• Manage endpoint and mobile device security using MDM solutions (Intune)
• Drive implementation of multi-factor authentication (MFA) and access controls
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure best practices in network security
• Provide post-project documentation, training, and handover to support teams
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and networking issues as needed
• Maintain project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication

Requirements:

• Microsoft (Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, O365)
• Cisco (routers, switches, firewalls)
• Fortinet (FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer)
• MDM platforms (Microsoft Intune or equivalent)
• MFA tools (Azure MFA, Duo)
• General knowledge of virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and backup systems
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role (Project Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, Systems Engineer.)
• Strong knowledge of networking principles and enterprise infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft cloud and on-prem environments
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
• Certifications such as CCNA, Fortinet NSE, Microsoft (AZ-104, MS-102), or similar are a plus
