Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Engineer with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Copilot Studio to develop intelligent applications, AI-powered automation, and data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience building AI capabilities within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem while leveraging modern AI technologies to improve business processes and user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-powered applications and intelligent automation solutions.
• Analyze business requirements and develop AI models, algorithms, and applications to solve complex business problems.
• Build data-driven applications that transform data into actionable insights.
• Develop AI solutions using technologies such as:
• Generative AI
• Deep Learning
• Natural Language Processing (NLP)
• Image Processing
• Cognitive Automation
• Intelligent Process Automation
• Reinforcement Learning
• Virtual Assistants
• Design, configure, and deploy AI conversational agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Integrate AI capabilities within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Leverage Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, and external knowledge sources for AI-powered solutions.
• Optimize AI performance through prompt engineering, topic configuration, and continuous monitoring.
• Customize Microsoft Dynamics 365, including:
• Forms
• Tabs
• Sections
• Sub-grids
• Web Resources
• iFrames
• Navigation
• Ribbon Customization
• Solutions and Sitemap customization
• Develop Plug-ins, Workflows, and Business Process Flows (BPF).
• Develop CRM portals and custom portal solutions.
• Build integrations using Power Automate, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Web APIs.
• Develop Model-Driven Apps and Canvas Apps using Microsoft Power Apps.
• Collaborate with technical stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
• Participate in technical design discussions and code reviews.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, data challenges, and application performance.
• Perform debugging, unit testing, QA support, and ongoing code maintenance.
• Support continuous improvement throughout Agile development processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor''s Degree.
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI/Copilot integrations.
• Experience with C#, JavaScript, and ASP.NET.
• Experience with GitHub or Git-based source control.
• Experience with Power Apps, Azure DevOps, Plug-in Development, and Workflows.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts, Prompt Engineering, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, or Microsoft AI SDKs.
• Experience integrating Azure services using Power Automate, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Web APIs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical teams.
