The ideal candidate is an experienced, hands-on Pega developer with strong technical expertise and a passion for innovation and modern application development. The candidate will design, develop, integrate, and support enterprise workflow and case-management solutions using Pega Infinity ’26The candidate should also have exposure to the latest Pega GenAI capabilities and AI-assisted software development, using Pega Infinity and GenAI capabilities to accelerate delivery, improve quality, and modernize engineering processes.

Minimum 7+ years of hands-on Pega application development experience.Hands-on experience with Pega Infinity 25.x/26, with preference for Pega Infinity ’26 experience.Strong experience with Pega Constellation architecture and Constellation UI Strong knowledge ofCase Management Integration ServicesDecisioningFlows and Business RulesUI developmentSecurity and Role-Based AccessReportingSLAs and Assignment ProcessingStrong experience integrating Pega with REST APIs and enterprise applications.Understanding of Pega guardrails reusable design patterns, application architecture, and performance best practices.Experience with Pega DevOps deployment pipelines, branching, rulesets, and application lifecycle management.Experience participating in technical design reviews and code reviews.

Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills. 

Experience or strong working knowledge of Pega GenAI capabilities
