Job Title: Digital Product Management Specialist
Location: raritan, NJ- Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to understand priorities, pain points, and opportunities.
Apply a product-first mindset to identify scalable and reusable solutions.
Define and maintain roadmaps for reporting, analytics, automation, AI, CRM, and customer experience solutions.
Translate business requirements into product requirements, user stories, and business cases.
Communicate technical concepts clearly to business stakeholders and leadership.
Facilitate collaboration between business users, developers, architects, and analytics teams.
Support product backlog management, feature prioritization, roadmap planning, and release communications.
Define success metrics and measure product value realization.
Develop presentations, business cases, executive communications, and strategy materials.
Support product adoption, stakeholder communication, training, and change management initiatives.

Required / Preferred Qualifications

Experience or strong interest in Product Management, Digital Transformation, Customer Experience, or Technology Strategy.
Experience working with business stakeholders and translating needs into actionable solutions.
Strong product mindset with a focus on scalable enterprise solutions.
Excellent communication, relationship management, and influencing skills.
Ability to work in ambiguous environments and manage competing priorities.
Familiarity with Agile, product roadmaps, backlog management, and user stories.
Understanding of data-driven decision-making and analytics.
