The Role

• Define and execute the AI strategy for Lead to Cash processes, including product development plans and AI capability requirements.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Finance, and Operations to integrate AI for efficiency gains and intelligent insights.
• Oversee the development of AI-powered Lead to Cash tools that address real process pain points and deliver measurable operational improvements.
• Collaborate with various business leaders to understand needs and develop AI solutions that accelerate revenue cycles.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the adoption, impact, and ROI of AI implementations within Lead to Cash workflows.
• Cultivate relationships with AI vendors and technology partners to integrate cutting-edge AI capabilities into existing platforms.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience in product management, with a significant focus on AI/ML products.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end Lead to Cash processes (CRM, CPQ, CLM, billing, revenue recognition).
• Expertise in AI/ML technologies applicable to sales and revenue operations, including NLP, predictive analytics, and generative AI.
• Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms, cloud-based AI services, and relevant enterprise systems.
• Experience with AI product lifecycle management, including governance, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Strong understanding of responsible AI principles, bias mitigation, and AI governance.
