Job Title: Finance & Administration Advisor
Location: Remote
Salary: 24,060
Hours: 36.25 hours per week, shifts between Monday to Friday 8am and 5pm
AA Accident Management provides a one stop shop for fleet and manufacturers of vehicles involved in accidents, ensuring a smooth, efficient and cost effective experience for customers. From the first point of contact from the driver, through recovery repair and payment, we will keep you updated at every stage.
Within your role, youll provide financial and administrative support to customers as well as aiding the wider Accident Management team.

What will the role involve?
- Providing financial & administrative support to all members of staff in AA Accident Management
- Maintaining up to date and comprehensive records and filing systems
- Acting as specialist support producing MI reports for both customers and management
- Inbound and outbound calls with customers
- Analysis and processing of documentation to assist in providing a high level of service to customers within the Company policies and procedures
- Assist in the prompt and accurate processing of payment documents submitted, ensuring correct allocation of finance codes
Were looking for someone with:
- Previous experience in a claims handling or customer service environment
- GCSEs in English and Maths
- Proven ability to use Microsoft Office Software packages and other systems
- High level telephone, interpersonal and customer care skills
- Ability to work effectively as a team member
- Ability to be proactive rather than reactive in providing administrative support
- Ability to produce MI within given timescales
- Working knowledge of SAP (not essential)
