Desktop Support Engineer - On-site & On-call

Axiom Technologies in Australia seeks a capable IT Helpdesk Technician to coordinate on-site and on-call desktop support for end users within our corporate environment.

You will troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Intune, AD, PowerShell, and Office apps; assist with browser, cloud, and third-party applications; and document all work via our ticketing system.

The role requires 3+ years in Level 1/2 desktop support, strong communication, and the ability to work independently or with a team.
