Ops Manager

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong experience with IBM DataPower, MQ, Managed File Transfer (MFT), EDI X12, SQL, and enterprise production support.
• Hands-on experience managing SEV 1-4 production incidents, incident triage, system monitoring, and ServiceNow/Jira-based incident management.
• Experience leading production operations, including deployment oversight, operational readiness, service reliability, batch processing.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience leading technical teams, including coaching, performance management, and resource planning.
• Background supporting high-volume enterprise integration and middleware environments.
