Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud SCM Planning Functional Consultant to lead Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning implementations for a U.S.-based remote project. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Planning modules, with mandatory experience in Production Scheduling, and have successfully led multiple end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Cloud SCM Planning implementation and solution design activities.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle Cloud functional solutions.
• Configure and implement Oracle Supply Chain Planning modules based on business needs.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct solution workshops, fit-gap analysis, CRPs, UAT, and production deployment.
• Prepare functional specifications and support integrations, reporting, and testing.
• Provide post-go-live support and knowledge transfer to business users.
• Ensure project deliverables are completed within timelines and quality standards.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience working with Oracle E-Business Suite and/or Oracle Cloud Fusion Applications.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing Oracle Cloud Planning modules including:
  • Oracle Supply Planning
  • Demand Management
  • Replenishment Planning
  • Production Scheduling (Mandatory)
  • Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
  • Supply Chain Collaboration
• Proven experience leading at least 3 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud SCM business processes.
• Excellent communication, analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Required Experience

• 10+ years of Oracle ERP/SCM consulting experience.
• 5+ years implementing Oracle Cloud SCM Planning solutions.
• Experience leading client-facing workshops and solution architecture discussions.
• Strong Production Scheduling implementation experience is mandatory.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
