The Role • Operating and monitoring automatic presses within the manufacturing process. • Loading steel parts into automated press systems. • Performing basic maintenance and cleaning of machinery. • Transporting steel parts using industrial trucks if a forklift license is held. What You'll Need • Completion of a vocational qualification in a metalworking trade (e.g., Automotive Mechanic, Industrial Mechanic, Machinist) or equivalent experience. • Proficiency in German (spoken and written, B1 level). • Willingness to work in a 3-shift system (early, late, night shifts). • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
