As a consultative partner to executive leadership, you will lead cross-functional alignment and process integration to elevate seasonal campaign health across North America. Responsibilities:Orchestrate end-to-end integrated marketing strategies and campaign readiness initiatives to drive sustainable brand growth across North American channels .Direct cross-functional operational gates and GTM process frameworks to mitigate execution risks and guarantee on-time seasonal delivery.Partner consultatively with executive leadership and retail operations teams to align strategic priorities and streamline multi-channel execution.Analyze complex brand workflows and milestone health metrics to optimize team performance and ensure best-in-class brand standards .
