We are looking for Servicenow S2P Solution Architect - Remote / Telecommute for our client in Santa Clara, CA

Job Title: Servicenow S2P Solution Architect - Remote / Telecommute

Job Type: Contract

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $75.00hr - $80.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 8+ years in a customer facing role as a Solution Architect, Technical/Process Consultant, Customer Success manager, or additional related role.
  • 5+ years of experience managing executive business stakeholders in a customer organization.
  • 2+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform in a technical capacity: developer, solution architect, technical consultant, or additional relevant role.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow platform topics such as Playbooks, Process Automation Designer, and Integration Hub.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow s integration tools and capabilities.
  • 2+ years of experience working with Procurement and/or Supply Chain processes or technology.
  • Experience implementing ServiceNow Source-to-Pay Operations products.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with value consulting/realization and content development.
Responsibilities:
  • Advise, coach, and mentor customers on technology as well as the disciplines of procurement and supply chain.
  • Manage executive business stakeholders within customer organizations.
  • Utilize data-driven approaches to ensure customer success.
Nice to Have:
  • 5+ years of experience managing executive business stakeholders in a customer organization.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow platform topics such as Playbooks, Process Automation Designer, and Integration Hub.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow s integration tools and capabilities.
