The Role • Identify and engage potential residential or commercial customers through door-to-door outreach, field marketing, and community events. • Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified prospects. • Assess customer needs and present customized solar solutions, educating them on system benefits and financial incentives. • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through to contract signing. • Maintain excellent customer relationships through consistent follow-up and collaboration with internal teams. • Stay updated on solar technologies, incentives, and industry trends. What You'll Need • Proven success in outside sales, field sales, or direct customer-facing roles. • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. • High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently. • Comfortable working outdoors and conducting in-person consultations. • Ability to grasp technical concepts and explain them clearly. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
