Job Description

Experience

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT Services Sales, with a proven track record of enterprise sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition by identifying, engaging, and closing opportunities with enterprise clients.
  • Build and manage relationships with Large Global Capability Centers (GCCs), Global In-house Centers (GICs), and IT Captives.
  • Own the complete sales lifecycle, from lead generation and opportunity creation to negotiation, closure, and account management.
  • Take ACL Digital's service offerings to customers and position the organization's capabilities across Digital Engineering and IT Services.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Conduct regular client stewardship meetings and ensure timely delivery of client-specific reports, business reviews, and governance updates.
  • Collaborate with internal delivery, pre-sales, and leadership teams to develop winning solutions that align with customer requirements.
  • Achieve assigned revenue targets and contribute significantly to the organization's business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in selling IT Services and Digital Engineering solutions to enterprise customers.
  • Strong understanding of the Digital Engineering and IT services landscape.
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and expanding strategic accounts.
  • Consistent track record of generating USD 4 million or more in annual revenue in recent years.
  • Excellent business acumen with strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and executive engagement capabilities.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented professional with the ability to work independently and manage multiple strategic accounts.
