Job Description

•              Required Skills:

•              Strong expertise in Oracle and PostgreSQL architecture, design, and development. 

•              Hands-on experience with SQL, PL/SQL, data modeling, database development, and performance tuning. 

•              Proven ability to design scalable, secure, and high-performing database solutions. 

•              Experience leading architecture reviews, driving design decisions, and guiding implementation teams. 

•              Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

•              Experience with database migration and modernization initiatives.

•              Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).

•              Expertise in High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR), and database security.

•              Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Roles & Responsibilities

•              Design and architect enterprise database solutions across Oracle and PostgreSQL platforms.

•              Provide hands-on development support, including data modeling, SQL/PLSQL development, query optimization, and performance tuning.

•              Lead solution design sessions and present architecture recommendations to stakeholders.

•              Drive technical teams through design, development, testing, and implementation phases.

•              Establish and enforce database standards, best practices, and governance.

•              Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure successful solution delivery.

•              Mentor and guide developers and database engineers.
