Job Description
Analyst, Group HR Systems - responsible for configuration, optimisation and ongoing support of the Workday platform, ensuring it meets business, functional, and technical requirements, and translating business needs into scalable Workday solutions.
Responsibilities- Configure and maintain Workday SKUs, partner with Group and Site HR, IT, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
- Support business users with change requests, issue resolution, and impact analysis of configuration changes, and attend knowledge transfers at the end of each project implementation.
- Maintain functionality and ensure it meets business needs.
- Support integrations for performance, including EIBs, Core Connectors, Custom RaaS, and EIB inbound/outbound solutions; monitor and ensure secure data transfer and compliance with privacy and security standards.
- Develop and maintain advanced custom reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and composite reports to support regulatory, payroll, and management reporting requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across Workday; assist with audits, reconciliations, and data validation activities.
- Provide L3 and L4 support for Workday issues, investigate root causes, and implement permanent fixes.
- Proven experience supporting Workday in a functional and/or technical capacity.
- Strong understanding of Workday configuration concepts.
- Experience with business process frameworks, security model, reporting, and calculated fields.
- Good understanding of integrations.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Degree in Information Systems, HR, Business, Finance, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Relevant Workday training or certifications (HCM and Reporting).
- Experience working in large enterprise or complex environments (preferred).
- Multi country experience (preferred).
- Prior experience in HRIS, ERP, or enterprise systems (preferred).
- Understanding of data privacy and compliance requirements (preferred).
