AI Solutions Engineer - Remote

Accepting candidates from New York, Dallas TX and San Ramon CA. (once candidate gets confirmed, he/she has to go in person for causal meeting with reporting manager)

AI Builder (AI Solutions Engineer)

Role Purpose Turn the vision into working AI — fast. The AI Builder uses Claude Cowork and modern AI coding tools to deliver rapid, high-quality solutions. They move from discovery to working prototype in hours. They are the speed and execution engine of the pod.

What Success Looks Like

• Goes from business problem to working AI solution in hours to days — not weeks
• Uses Claude Cowork as the primary delivery tool for rapid solution construction
• Demonstrates working solutions in every business rhythm meeting
• Converts rapid prototypes into scalable production systems
• Works across front-end, back-end, and AI orchestration without handoffs
• Navigates enterprise governance and security reviews without losing momentum

Required Capabilities

Primary Delivery Tool	Claude Cowork — must demonstrate extensive, hands-on experience using Claude Cowork to rapidly build and iterate AI solutions
AI Coding Tools	Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot — can articulate when to use each and demonstrate specific use cases
AI & Engineering	GenAI + Agentic AI · RAG architectures · AI agents + workflow automation · Prompt engineering · Full-stack development
Technology Stack	Python · React / Next.js · APIs and integrations · LangGraph, CrewAI, LangChain, PydanticAI
Business Discovery	Can run discovery, frame problems with stakeholders, and translate business need into technical solution — not just take requirements
Enterprise Readiness	Has navigated AI governance, security, and compliance reviews in enterprise contexts — knows how to engage non-technical reviewers
Healthcare Domain (nice-to-have)	FHIR/HL7 standards · Claims workflows · Clinical operations · Revenue cycle management · HIPAA, GxP
