Site Manager, Employment Services - Lead Impact & Team

SYC is seeking a dynamic Site Manager to lead the Employment Services team at our Werribee site. You will supervise a team of Employment Coaches, drive service delivery, and manage day-to-day operations to achieve positive outcomes for participants.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, able to manage change, build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure programs meet KPI targets and safety requirements.
