Role Description:

The CFO will lead the finance function, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and long-term financial planning aligned with Cloudstrats' growth strategy. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing financial reporting and analysis, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements, and maintaining robust internal controls and compliance with applicable regulations. The CFO will provide strategic guidance to the executive team on investments, risk management, capital allocation, and funding strategies, while partnering with business leaders to support new product initiatives and large-scale projects. This role also involves leading and mentoring the finance team, optimizing financial systems and processes, and building strong relationships with auditors, banks, and key external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Finance, with the ability to guide overall financial strategy and stewardship of the organization.
• Proficiency in Financial Planning and budgeting, including forecasting, cash flow management, and long-term financial modeling.
• Expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of management and statutory reports.
• Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret complex financial data, support decision-making, and provide clear insights to senior leadership.
• Experience in corporate finance leadership, ideally as a CFO or senior finance executive in technology or high-growth organizations.
• Knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, regulatory frameworks, and funding mechanisms relevant to technology and public sector projects.
• Proven ability to lead and develop finance teams, implement efficient processes, and work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with boards, investors, and external partners.
• Relevant academic background such as CA, MBA in Finance, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Experience working with AI, analytics, or large-scale digital transformation projects is an advantage.
