Business Development Manager - Rental Solutions

• Identify, develop and secure major rental opportunities across Western Australia.
• Build and grow strategic relationships with key mining, industrial and energy customers.
• Develop and execute account plans that increase market share, revenue and long-term customer value.
• Lead complex proposals, tenders and contract negotiations in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline, monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for growth.

Requirements

• Proven success in business development, strategic sales or key account management within mining, power generation, industrial or related sectors.
• Strong mining industry experience with established customer networks across Western Australia.
• Technical knowledge of power generation, compressors, temperature control, electrical, mechanical or related equipment solutions.
• Demonstrated experience developing, influencing and winning major projects, tenders and complex customer opportunities.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience within the rental equipment, power generation or temporary infrastructure sectors.Experience managing strategic customer portfolios and long-term account growth plans.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms to manage pipeline activity, forecasting and customer engagement.
