Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Controls Engineers to support PLC commissioning activities for automation projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Amazon or Dematic automation environments and be capable of independently managing end-to-end commissioning activities. This role requires strong expertise in Rockwell PLC/SCADA development, industrial vision systems, and PLC programming.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage PLC commissioning and startup activities at customer sites.
• Develop, modify, test, and troubleshoot Rockwell PLC and SCADA applications.
• Perform system integration, commissioning, validation, and functional testing.
• Develop and maintain PLC logic using Ladder Logic, SCL (Structured Control Language), Function Block Diagram (FBD), and Graph.
• Configure and troubleshoot industrial vision systems using Cognex and Keyence technologies.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Controls Engineer in industrial automation.
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Amazon or Dematic PLC commissioning.
• Strong expertise in Rockwell PLC programming and SCADA development.
• Experience programming in:
  • Ladder Logic
  • SCL (Structured Control Language)
  • Function Block Diagram (FBD)
  • Graph
• Hands-on experience with Cognex and/or Keyence vision systems.
• Strong experience with commissioning, startup, system validation, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to independently lead commissioning activities with minimal supervision.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and deploy immediately.
