Role Title: Content Designer
Location: Telford -2 days onsite/week
Duration: 6 months
Rate: £447 per day(PAYE through FCSA Umbrella)
Clearance Required: SC CLearance

We are looking for a Content Designer to support work on the Government Gateway programme - mainly supporting SCP, EACD/RATE and FRAUD PREVENTION CENTRE.

Core Responsibilities:
Writing and Editing: Translate dense policy and "government-speak" into clear, accessible online content.
User Focus: Research user needs using data analytics, user research, and usability testing.
Collaboration: Work alongside multidisciplinary teams including user researchers, interaction designers, and product managers.
Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with subject matter experts and policy teams to ensure accuracy while safeguarding content quality.
