Operations Lead – Data Center / AI Infrastructure

Seeking an experienced Operations Lead to support onsite delivery, staging, and deployment of next-generation AI infrastructure at a customer data center and warehouse. This role will coordinate customers, engineers, deployment teams, facility personnel, carriers, and other onsite stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage onsite delivery, staging, placement, and deployment of AI infrastructure racks.
• Coordinate data center deployment activities with engineering and facility teams.
• Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for deployment activities.
• Track deployment schedules, dependencies, issues, and risks.
• Maintain workflow trackers, deployment logs, and documentation.
• Provide daily status updates to project/deployment leadership.
• Coordinate logistics with transportation carriers and warehouse teams.
• Identify and escalate onsite issues and deployment risks.
• Support resolution of logistical and operational challenges.
