The Role • Develop and execute the AI strategy for Lead to Cash capabilities, defining product roadmaps and requirements to optimize sales cycles and revenue operations. • Drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to identify and implement AI solutions that streamline workflows and improve decision-making. • Oversee the development of AI-powered tools for quoting, contracting, order management, billing, and collections, ensuring they address critical process pain points. • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for AI adoption, measuring impact on cycle time reduction, quote-to-close rates, and revenue leakage. • Collaborate with and manage relationships with AI vendors and technology partners to integrate advanced AI capabilities into existing platforms. • Champion AI best practices, ethical implementation, and change management strategies to foster widespread adoption across revenue operations teams. What You'll Need • Minimum of 8+ years in product management, with at least 1 year focused on AI/ML products. • Proven experience piloting or implementing AI solutions in enterprise environments, demonstrating success in improving productivity and operational efficiency. • Deep understanding of end-to-end Lead to Cash processes and the application of AI/ML technologies (NLP, predictive analytics, generative AI). • Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms, cloud-based AI services, and CRM, CPQ, CLM, and ERP systems. • Expertise in driving organizational change related to AI implementation and fostering an AI-positive culture. • Strong understanding of responsible AI principles, data strategy for AI, and AI governance frameworks.
