The Role • Provide technical support for machinery and equipment on-site, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes. • Execute production preparation and follow-up tasks, including machine setup, test runs, and assembly of equipment. • Identify and resolve technical issues systematically to ensure operational continuity. • Coordinate and implement special projects, maintenance activities, and upgrades. • Act as a subject matter expert for assigned machinery or equipment groups. • Participate in optimization projects focused on improving equipment robustness and introducing new technologies. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as a machine fitter, industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, or equivalent qualification with relevant experience. • Experience with complex, modern pharmaceutical production equipment. • Solid mechanical and electrical knowledge, with a basic understanding of automation. • Comprehensive knowledge of hygiene standards (GMP), occupational safety, and environmental protection. • Proficiency in MS Office applications and SAP. • Fluency in German (written and spoken). • Ability to work in rotating shifts, including on-call duties.
