About the Job- We are looking for an experienced Pega Consultant-Banking to join one of our enterprise client engagements. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Pega Smart Dispute, Pega Collections along with experience working in fast-paced enterprise environments.

 Required Qualifications:

• Experience with Pega Smart Dispute, Pega Collections, or similar dispute and collections platforms.
• Experience with Mastercard dispute processing, chargeback management, and payment network integrations.
• Knowledge of digital wallet ecosystems and card transaction dispute workflows.
• Experience with cloud-based modernization and platform migration initiatives.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled case management, intelligent routing, agent-assist solutions, and automated dispute processing.
• Experience with regulatory remediation, operational risk, compliance transformation, and audit-driven modernization.
• Background with large card issuers, payment processors, commercial banks, or financial services organizations.
