The Role • Manufacturing and assembling metal components, sub-assemblies, and structures. • Performing repairs, maintenance, and upkeep on machinery, equipment, and metal constructions. • Conducting welding (e.g., MAG/WIG, depending on qualifications), cutting, and drilling operations. • Fabricating, modifying, and finishing parts according to technical drawings and specifications. • Assisting with modifications, expansions, and technical improvements. • Performing dimensional, functional, and visual inspections. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as a Metalworker, Metal Builder, Industrial Mechanic, or equivalent qualification. • Several years of experience in metal or steel construction, or in maintenance, is desirable. • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, sketches, and work instructions. • Basic welding skills are advantageous. • Meticulous, structured, and reliable work approach. • Manual dexterity, teamwork, and a sense of responsibility. • German language proficiency for understanding instructions and documentation.
