The Role • Perform vehicle glass repair and replacement, including calibration of driver assistance systems. • Assume the role of Branch Manager (HWK), overseeing technical operations, adherence to company standards, and daily scheduling. • Provide exceptional customer service from order intake to vehicle return. • Manage invoicing, customer funds, and the scheduling and processing of incoming orders. • Ensure quality assurance, accurate inventory management, and compliance with audit standards. What You'll Need • Completed trade apprenticeship with several years of professional experience, ideally as a master automotive technician, mechatronics technician, mechanic, or body builder. • Willingness to undergo a qualification examination or already hold Branch Manager (HWK) certification. • A valid Class B driver's license, good German language skills, and PC proficiency. • Strong customer and service orientation with excellent communication skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
