The Role • Perform vehicle glass repair and replacement, including calibration of driver assistance systems. • Assume the role of "Betriebsleiter (HWK)" responsible for technical operations, adherence to company standards, and daily operational planning. • Provide excellent customer service from order intake through vehicle return. • Manage invoicing, customer funds, and the processing and scheduling of incoming orders. • Oversee quality assurance measures, inventory management, and ensure compliance with audit standards. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a trade, with ideally several years of professional experience as an automotive mechatronics technician, mechanic, or body shop technician. • Willingness to undergo the required skills examination or already possess "Betriebsleiter (HWK)" qualification. • Valid Class B driver's license and good German language skills. • Proficiency in PC operations and administrative tasks. • Strong customer and service orientation with excellent communication skills. • Ability to work independently, in a team, and foster trusting, collaborative relationships. What's On Offer • Starting salary of at least €3,200 gross per month for a full-time position (39 hours/week) with education in automotive trades; part-time options available. • Additional €300 gross per month as a functional allowance for management duties, plus supplements for extra responsibilities. • Annual holiday pay (€1,062 gross) and Christmas bonus (€1,062 gross). • 30 days of annual leave, plus special leave for exceptional occasions and the possibility of a sabbatical. • Opportunities for professional development, such as advancement to Area Manager.
