We are seeking an experienced Senior Boomi & Oracle Cloud Technical Lead to lead enterprise integration development and technical delivery supporting Oracle Cloud ERP implementations for mergers and acquisitions (M&A) initiatives.

This is a highly hands-on individual contributor role responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying enterprise integrations, APIs, data migration solutions, and reporting capabilities supporting newly acquired businesses. The successful candidate will partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Enterprise Applications, and acquired business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration into Oracle Cloud ecosystem while enabling Day 1 operational readiness.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the technical owner for Boomi integrations, Oracle Cloud APIs, and data migration solutions supporting M&A initiatives.
• Independently lead the complete technical implementation lifecycle including: Technical discovery and solution assessment, Integration architecture and solution design, Boomi process development, API development and integration, Data migration design, Technical testing and validation, System Integration Testing (SIT), Production deployments, Hypercare, Knowledge Transfer, Transition to Production Support.
• Integration Development - Design, develop, and support enterprise integrations using: Dell Boomi AtomSphere, Oracle Fusion REST APIs, Oracle Fusion SOAP Web Services, FBDI (File-Based Data Import), Oracle ERP Business Events, SFTP, XML, JSON, REST, SOAP, OAuth and API security.
• Develop scalable inbound and outbound integrations supporting Oracle Cloud ERP modules including: Procurement, Payables, General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Financial Accounting Hub (FAH)
• Build reusable integration frameworks and technical components supporting future M&A integrations.

Data Migration

• Design and develop technical solutions supporting Oracle Cloud data migration activities.
• Develop and support: FBDI templates, Data extraction and transformation, Data validation and reconciliation, Master data migration, Transactional data migration, Bulk data loads, Production cutover support
• Partner with functional teams to validate migrated data and ensure financial and operational integrity.

Reporting & Analytics

• Develop and maintain Oracle Cloud reporting solutions including: OTBI Reports, BI Publisher Reports, Operational Dashboards, Data Validation Reports, Reconciliation Reports, Implementation Support Reports.
• Partner with business stakeholders to deliver reporting solutions supporting implementation, testing, and production operations.

M&A Integration

• Support Oracle Cloud implementations for mergers, acquisitions, ERP carve-outs, and enterprise integrations.
• Develop technical solutions supporting: Legal Entity onboarding, Enterprise integrations, Supplier onboarding, Customer onboarding, Financial data migration, Master data synchronization, Day 1 operational readiness
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful Day 1 readiness, production cutover, and post-go-live stabilization.

Solution Delivery

• Partner with Oracle functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Develop: Technical Design Documents (TDDs), Integration Specifications, API Specifications, Mapping Documents, Data Migration Design Documents, Deployment Runbooks, Technical Support Documentation.
• Perform code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, optimize integration performance, and implement best practices for integration development.

Systems & Integration

• Own the functional design, validation, and testing of integrations across Oracle Fusion Cloud Accounts Receivable, Zuora Billing Platform, CRM systems, payment providers, tax engines, and enterprise applications.
• Partner cross functionally with teams to design, validate, and deploy scalable integrations supporting customer onboarding, subscription billing, invoice generation, receivable creation, cash application, and financial reconciliation.

Testing & Go-Live

• Lead technical implementation readiness activities including: Integration Testing, API Testing, End-to-End Testing, Data Migration Validation, Performance Testing, Defect Resolution, Production Cutovers, Hypercare Support
• Ensure successful production deployments with minimal disruption to business operations.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise integration and Oracle ERP technical development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Dell Boomi AtomSphere development experience.
• Strong experience designing and developing integrations using Oracle Fusion REST APIs and SOAP Web Services.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud FBDI-based data migration and bulk data loading.
• Experience developing OTBI and BI Publisher reports.
• Strong knowledge of XML, JSON, REST, SOAP, SQL, XSLT, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience integrating Oracle Cloud ERP with enterprise applications using Boomi.
• Experience supporting Oracle Cloud ERP implementations, enterprise transformations, or M&A integration programs.
• Demonstrated ability to independently deliver complex technical integration solutions while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating Oracle Cloud ERP with enterprise platforms such as Zuora, Zip, Salesforce, Workday, banking platforms, or other SaaS applications.
• Experience designing scalable integration architectures using Dell Boomi.
• Experience developing reusable integration frameworks, API standards, and monitoring solutions.
• Experience supporting Oracle Cloud ERP implementations across multiple legal entities and global business units.
• Experience supporting high-growth technology organizations and large-scale M&A integration programs.
