We are hiring a Reliability Technician who will drive production efficiency and asset reliability at the Tingalpa site by identifying and resolving performance issues, leading corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver sustainable performance gains.
Responsibilities- Maintain and improve specialised maintenance programs to optimise asset reliability and lifespan.
- Lead safety, environmental, and reliability improvement initiatives across the site.
- Conduct RCA, troubleshooting, and defect elimination to prevent recurring issues.
- Support predictive and condition-based maintenance strategies.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote a zero-harm culture.
- Deliver hands-on technical support, mentor trades teams, and collaborate cross-functionally.
- 10+ years as a qualified Electrician/Mechanical Fitter with 2+ years in Reliability or Food/FMCG preferred.
- Skilled in structured problem-solving techniques (5 Whys, Fishbone, FMEA).
- Maintain and improve specialised maintenance programs.
- Support condition-based and predictive maintenance strategies.
- Strong data analysis skills; proficient in Excel, MS Office, and SAP.
