Job Summary
The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs for digital and print media. The role works closely with marketing, communications, and other teams to develop creative materials that align with the company’s brand and communication objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Create graphics, layouts, and visual content for digital and print materials.
• Design social media posts, banners, brochures, presentations, advertisements, and marketing materials.
• Develop creative concepts based on business and marketing requirements.
• Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines, visual standards, and corporate identity.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and other teams to understand design requirements.
• Edit images, photographs, illustrations, and other visual assets.
• Prepare final artwork for digital publishing and print production.
• Manage multiple design projects and deliver work within agreed timelines.
• Maintain organized libraries of design files, templates, and brand assets.
• Review designs for quality, accuracy, consistency, and visual impact.
• Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign or equivalent design software.
• Good understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience designing for both digital and print media.
• Strong creative, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A portfolio demonstrating relevant design work is required/preferred.
