Electronics Engineer
Location: Knaresborough
Salary: Up to £60,000
Working Pattern: 4-Day Week (Monday-Thursday) - Every Friday Off Available
Are you an Electronics Engineer with a passion for both analogue and digital electronic? Do you have experience within a large volume manufacture environment? Do you enjoy a hands-on role where you can take products from concept through to testing and refinement? The Role
This is a varied and technically engaging position, offering the opportunity to work across the full product development lifecycle. You'll play a key role in designing, developing, testing, and improving sophisticated electronic systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design, development, and testing of analogue and digital electronic circuits.
- Creation of test equipment and test jigs to support product development and validation.
- Hands-on troubleshooting, fault-finding, and system optimisation.
- Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to develop new products and features.
- Supporting projects from initial concept through to production.
This role would particularly suit someone who enjoys electronics both professionally and personally-an engineer who loves building, experimenting, and solving technical challenges.
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have:
- Strong experience in electronics engineering, including both analogue and digital circuits.
- Practical experience building, testing, and debugging electronic hardware.
- A genuine passion for electronics, demonstrated through professional work and/or personal projects.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
- Any leadership or management experience is desirable.
