Job Summary The PLM Applications Support Engineer will be responsible for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) application development, deployment, installation, customization, configuration, upgrades, and ongoing support. The role will support CAD and 3DExperience (3DX)/ENOVIA applications, integrations, system maintenance, troubleshooting, and end-user enablement while helping customers effectively utilize 3DX PLM software.

Key Responsibilities Install 3DExperience services and applications in Linux environments. Perform 3DExperience major version and FixPack upgrades. Automate database refreshes across multiple environments. Configure and maintain reverse proxies and load balancers. Analyze and improve 3DSpace indexing performance. Configure FCS and support filestore synchronization. Use MS SQL to analyze application slowness and database locking issues. Support and maintain DSLS configurations. Develop new or enhanced methods and techniques to resolve PLM application problems.

Develop software integrations between ENOVIA and existing database systems using Web Services, XML, and related development tools. Develop Java Program Objects (JPOs) and Tcl/Tk scripts to implement triggers and clean up migrated database information. Develop and document test procedures and support unit, integration, and regression testing activities. Execute testing covering various use cases and business process scenarios. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project planning, solution approaches, resource requirements, and timelines.

Communicate technical issues, recommendations, and alternative solutions effectively. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and problems within the ENOVIA PLM system. Perform system diagnostics, troubleshooting, and ongoing day-to-day system maintenance. Provide end-user support, training, and mentoring. Take initiative to improve existing solutions and deliver value-added results. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a technology-related field. 6+ years of related professional experience.

Working knowledge of 3DExperience and CAD systems such as CATIA V6. 4+ years of experience with ENOVIA applications. 4+ years of experience integrating ERP, SolidWorks, and CATIA V6 with the 3DExperience platform. Experience with Java, JSP, and Windows Server Administration. Experience supporting PLM applications, integrations, configuration, customization, and troubleshooting. Strong understanding of application deployment, system diagnostics, and production support processes.
